Resilience... If only the practice of it was as easy as how it rolls off the tongue!
We recently partnered with The Resilience Project to learn evidence-based approaches to building resilience to develop and sustain positive mental health in our workplace. Thanks to the lessons learnt, we are becoming far more in tune with the fundamental principles of resilience: Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness (GEM) and how we can apply them to our everyday lives.
