LEADERSHIP AT HVCCC
In operationalising HVCCC's values of Care for People, Leadership, Integrity, Collaboration, and Customer Service, employees throughout HVCCC are challenged to embrace leadership as everyone's job; not something to be performed only in specific roles. The Executive Leadership Team engenders team contribution ahead of individual achievement, with all employees expected to understand and apply intent as well as tasks, and to be comfortable in what can sometimes be a complex environment.
